urbanOvation hosted a study tour visit to the LIVAT shopping centre in Hammersmith. This innovative redevelopment by INGKA Centres has brought new life back to the community. The tour was hosted by centre management. Many thanks to Pete Cooper for organising the tour and former INGKA managing director, Gerard Groener, for shared the background and straategy for the project.
