On October 26th Chris Choa organised and moderated a terrific urbanOvation Reality Check session on AI and the City. Chris and five expert panelists set the stage with a provocative discussion of how AI is already changing how cities are designed and managed. He then opened the session to all participants to explore the likely near and long term impact of AI on cities and the real estate industry.
